Flat cable for installations of electric pumps with copper cores, with a two-layer insulation made of a compound of propylene with ethylene block copolymer, a bedding made of non-woven fabric or glass tape, armored with steel or stainless galvanized tape.

Heat resistance: 120°C
Available cross sections: 7, 8, 10, 13, 16, 21,13; 25 and 35 mm2

Design:

1. Conductive core – copper single-wire;
2. Insulation of the first layer – polyimide film;
3. Insulation of the second layer – extruded fluoropolymer;
4. Insulation of the third layer – extruded fluoropolymer;
5. Bedding – tape made of non-woven fabric or glass tape;
6. Armor – galvanized steel or stainless steel tape.

Cables are made of the following grades:

KPpBP-120 is a cable with a copper core, a bedding made of non-woven material, armored with galvanized steel tape, flat, heat resistance – 120 °C.
KPpBP-130 is a cable with a copper core, a bedding made of non-woven material, armored with galvanized steel tape, flat, heat resistance – 130 ° C.
Cables are manufactured for the needs of the national economy and for export. The type of climatic design is UHL, placement category is 1 and 5 according to GOST 15150 and in reservoir fluid.
