Test benches
ALMAZ Oilfield Service has experience in the development, construction and commissioning of test benches of its own manufacture. The history of the company began with the provision of services in the field of submersible equipment for oil production, so the specialists involved in the development of the benches clearly understood the tasks, technical features and purpose of future benches. Besides, employees of design companies can be involved in the development as technical consultants.
Basic principles in development:

- Easy maintenance and maintainability;
- The possibility of conducting a full cycle of tests and studies in accordance with GOSTs and other regulatory documents for this type of product;
- Visualization of tests and studies (simulation of borehole conditions);

- Aesthetics of appearance and conformity of production culture.
ALMAZ Oilfield Service testing and research equipment is designed to:
- Ensure the unity of the methodological and metrological approach (ensure the convergence of the results of tests and studies conducted at ALMAZ Oilfield Service with the results of tests conducted at the benches (in laboratories) of service enterprises and at the benches (in laboratories) of other manufacturers for compliance with Russian GOSTs, international standards and technical requirements of various customers;
- Conduct research and testing to determine the reliability (equal strength of components) of equipment;
- Perform work safely by trained and certified personnel;
- Perform commission testing and research with the involvement of representatives of the Customer, independent inspection companies, other manufacturers (service companies);
- Confirm the declared quality characteristics of the manufactured, repaired equipment and equipment received for acceptance control from various manufacturers;
- Check quality of manufactured products, items after repair and equipment received for acceptance control in automatic mode with minimal operator participation (exclude the influence of the human factor on the results of tests and research);
- Systematize the admitted nonconformities for the equipment, provide objective data for the development of corrective and preventive measures aimed at continuous improvement of products;
- Confirm compliance of the technical equipment of the enterprise with the requirements;
- Meet the needs of the Customer.
