ALMAZ Oilfield Service develops cooperation with Raduzhny Polytechnic College

ALMAZ Oilfield Service and Raduzhny Polytechnic College have started working together to provide students with the necessary practical skills, further employment of graduates and attracting staff to the enterprise.
On May 18 and 19, a group of 2nd-year students majoring as "Operator of oil and gas wells" took an introductory tour of the enterprise workshops. The heads of the main production workshop and ESP repair workshop, cable production workshop, metalworking workshop and mechanical tool shop willingly presented and told the students about their divisions and, most importantly, offered students to take a summer introductory internship at the enterprise.
From 20.05.22 to 17.06.22, all students of this group will undergo an internship at ALMAZ Oilfield Service workshops. On the part of the company for the period of internship, as well as for the entire summer period, the students will be invited to carry out their first work activity and earn their first salary, working according to their major in ALMAZ Oilfield Service.
Similar programs of study tours, industrial internship and employment have been developed and will be implemented in the near future in such majors in demand in production as: welder, instrumentation fitter, universal turner, etc.
